Lied to about location | Wyndham Hotel Group review from Appleton, Wisconsin

I asked the customer support guy if the hotel was connected to the casino. He said it was. When we found the hotel, it was across the highway, just seconds away from the airport parking lot. By the way my name is Kenneth leidheiser, not " Aleem", as you thought you were messaging. Don't worry though, some people get a free pass!

I called to make a reservation at a casino. The support individual taking said reservation told me it was connected to the casino. IT WASNT. I have stayed at many Wyndham hotels over 15+ years. That stay will most likely be my last. Overall thoughts about your many hotels is that you do an awesome job, but I don't appreciate being lied to. Sincerely, Kenneth leidheiser.

Arrival surprised me. The lobby and abandoned restaurant are not the Wyndham style- I've stayed in hotels in Pakistan that looked better. The staff was welcoming and helpful, The room was ok- clean, no bugs, etc. Holes in the wall and door moldings that had been patched poorly. The window was washed for the celebration of 4th of July- last year The whole place was not the standard I expected. I got what I paid for.

When I arrived from oh I informed desk clerk my credit card had been hacked wanted to pay cash they do not take cash I ssid cancel. I had to call Expedia I did they called the hotel thought all was good. I reserved room on debit card I didn’t have my debit card. The 63.32 came out. Thank you for stealing money. Wyndham is a peace of *** I work for a hotel chain and I have never been so displeased in my life.
