This was the LaQuinta in Lubbock North, Texas

Stayed at LaQuinta. There was a rip in the box springs and my cat climbed in.

Hotel claims I told them I ripped open the box springs and they charged me $150. When I called they were rude and called me a liar. I called Wyndham to request a refund and spoke with them 4 separate times. On the 4 time they finally told me there was nothing they could do and never could since this was between us and the hotel.

Called the hotel again and they were nasty and hateful and again told me they had proof that I said we ripped open the box spring (by the way they never mentioned wall damage but told corp that was what they were charging us for).

The manager was hateful and nasty. Keep claiming she called and email and there is no record of either on phones or emails for either my husband or myself.

Product or Service Mentioned: La Quinta Inn Manager.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $150.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
