Details
On October 19th, my husband and I stayed at your Days Inn in Kodak, TN. We had called in to the reservation line a week in advance asking for a ground floor for our dogs. We were charged $200 for our 4th floor cockroach infested room. The wifi killed my chrome book, but at least we did not find a dirty shirt from a previous guest like during our September visit. We were promised a refund for this problem, but as of this writing the refund is still listed as pending.

My wife took a job at the Super 8, Pittsburgh Airport. We took a bus from Jackson, TN there. We were there only a few days & knew the employees were on drugs. The one employee kissed my wife in the breakfast area, causing our split up.The owner makes the employees tell anyone that ask that he's not on the property. I have alot of text from her admitting that he makes them serve out of date breakfast food. He's even making guest pay for the airport shuttle which is free!!! I tried to make a reservation, her boyfriend kept hanging up on me, wouldn't take my reservation. This is a terrible place...

My husband made reservation at the Wyndham in New York (fresh meadows location. Days in advance of our stay. When we checked in they gave us a handicap room, no ice bucket,no drinking glasses and no tv remote.. He spoke to gentlemen at the desk and told him we did not reserve a roon in days in advance to receive this type of room. There was no manager on site and was not able to contact him via telephone.

I had a desk clerk identify herself as the 'acting manager' I took time to express my conerns on misleading website information. She was rude in responses, and spoke over me. Twice I requested a text or email from the property management...3 weeks later, no contact. I wrote an email to Corporate as a concerned consumer. Corporate responded property management would be in contact. 3 weeks later still no connection.

I booked a room Ramada by Wyndham Niagara Falls/Fallsview - Niagara Falls. Booked by JULY 31st and Cancelled by August 1st. They never refunded my Money. They are saying you should cancel your booking by JULY 30th How that possible???
